Is this for me?

This course is especially designed for those that want to start practising and/or teaching yoga in English. You'll learn all the basics and essentials to start your English yoga practice confidently.

All our classes are in English and created for people that speak English as a second language. That means the language used in this course will be easily understood by you too. You don’t have to be a yoga expert either; yoga postures are explained in detail at a steady pace, so you won’t get lost.
